2 Day Course - Certificate in Access Appraisal - Buildings - Overview
This two day course provide participants with the skills to identify some of the physical access barriers and other issues that can impact on the usability of a facility. Many people are often required to identify the key access issues that create barriers for people with disabilities and other access challenges when moving through and using facilities. Identification of these barriers can be used to assist in the development of action plans for upgrade of facilities, appropriately maintaining facilities, improving management practices at facilities and in responding to users’ complaints regarding access to facilities. The courses include undertaking an Access Appraisal of a facility and review of the process. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further information.
