Consultations and Community Engagement
We facilitate consultations and community engagement strategies to inform many access improvement projects such as Disability Action Plans, Car Parking Strategies, Signage Strategies, Community Planning Projects, Streetscape upgrades, Communications Strategies and Marketing and Business plans as well as Community Mapping processes.
Program and Service Reviews and Evaluations
We undertake a wide range of program and service reviews and evaluations. IATA personnel have an extensive background in both social planning and technical access improvement issues. We have facilitated a variety of reviews and evaluations to provide a framework for future service, project and business planning, inclusive of ‘access for all’.
